ABOUT ME
As a dedicated public servant, I am committed to working for the betterment of our community. My family's legacy of public service has instilled in me the values of integrity, hard work, and compassion. With years of reading and working to understand government and how it works, I understand the intricacies of public policy and am determined to bring about positive change for our constituents.
PRIORITIES
Public Safety
Public safety is the cornerstone of our city. We must ensure that our Police and Mobile crisis unit is adequately funded to ensure that they can respond in a timely fashion .This means we must work on mental health reform as well. I will also work on getting more streetlights downtown so people feel safe walking in Fairbanks.
Housing
Safe and affordable housing is a fundamental right. I will work to implement policies that address housing affordability and homelessness, ensuring that every individual and family has a place to call home.
Government Accountability
As a city council member I will work on making government work for the people. We need to be open, Honest, and transparent with the People.
Fiscal Responsibility
As a councilman I will always advocate for fiscal responsibility. We need to be able to work with the budget we receive and balance it. I also don't support raising taxes, I support lowering taxes.
Revitalizing South Fairbanks
Fixing South Fairbanks is so important. South Fairbanks residents have told me they are ready to be revitalized but are tired of broken promises. I promise to work hard to ensure that we Start the hard work to fix south Fairbanks.
